Pains under ribs

I've got cramping pains under my breasts. Anyone rationalise for me? Worried about my heart again as I've been really stressed and ragey today :(

Right up where the underwire of a bra sits, more or less? Kind of on/under that rib? Classic indigestion / excess acid / gas!

This is all new for me, I've suffered acid before but never had anything in this area.

Earlier today I got a pain behind my left breast which sent me into a massive panic as I don;t think you would get tummy problems that high up :(

I've had a really stressful few days culminating in me loosing my rag a few times more than I would like and I keep worrying about the damage I've done :(
