It's been 4 days since I've had anxiety related health issues. I've started the free CBT to understand the process...

today was interesting, I feel like my anxiety was probing for an attack today it's almost like you have something inside you that wants attention that wants you to suffer. .

i had a chest pain today. I told my anxiety you have no power here..

About an hour later i had stomach pains.. i said you have no power here..

then I had mild shortness of breath where I said the samething..


i evaded an attack multiple times today, but I was just wondering if anyone else has days where it almost feels like it morphs to different areas until it finds a weakness.. and you give in for a health anxiety attack or fend it off?

If you are someone who enjoys the battle, then fight it off.

I have my doubts about the acceptance philosophy that is around these days, but it may work for some people.

Jip, my "symptoms" are always morphing...then its heart, then its stomach, then its headaches in frontal part of head, or back part of head, then it is eye problems and of course sometimes there are no symptoms but I still enjoy the anxiety out of the blue.

I think its normal though :)
