Not just a typical tension headache. Can anyone relate?

I get these headaches pretty much every day, by the afternoon. It's a dull ache in my neck and feels like my head is being squeezed, which is typical tension headache symptoms but I also get pain in my face, primarily my nose and I have to pinch my nose for relief. My eyes look and feel tired like they want to close, too. Does anyone get this? I went to an ENT and he said I had no sinus issues.

It sounds like tension, front and back.

What are the triggers? Can you avoid them? If not, physical relaxation is a good approach for tension headaches - a walk, a massage (if you can find a masseur/masseuse), or hot bath or shower. Also, plain old aspirin or paracetamol may be helpful.
