hi im new to this site ive joined for support as i tend to deal with my anxiety disorder myself and block everyone out as its how i deal with it the only thing is i tend to go very quiet so i draw attention by it !!! vicious circle ive suffered for years with panic and been on citalopram for years and propranolol . Last week i suffered a very bad attack out of nowhere i scared my son as he's never seen me like that its really knocked me back to square one i feel so low at the minute im dealing with it a day at a time x
