i do feel horrible today well the past week really. i have had a cold on & off last week & a chesty cough. but feel ill. i feel weird today & my eyes feel puffy & weird. my head also feels a bit weird too. it,s like im frightend & i don,t know why?

I'm sorry you feel like poo. I do have to say this title made me chuckle. Those of us with HA don't like it when we are sick. We don't like out bodies being compromised. It will pass :)

If you have a viral cold etc, it is possible to feel anxious, because the symptoms of anxiety disorder are very similar to flu - like symptoms, when I experienced anxiety, I suffered from flu - like symptoms.

I would recommend breathing exercises and just realize that your only feeling anxious because of your cold.
