45mg of mirtazapine

Hi all
I am on 45mg of mirtazapine for a few weeks now ,and today ,i dont feel all that well, i feel bloated and possibly short of breath, is this normal to feel this way

I tried mirtazapine 45mg after being on 30 for a while but I couldn't get on with 45 so my doctor changed me to citalopram it was a hard change but feeling better for it now. But everyone is different and what suits some doesn't suit others.
We all have up and down days on our medication so it might just be just a bad time for you if you have been ok up till now.
