need help scared of repeat of yesterday

After going to a&e yesterday keep waiting for it to happen again today as keep getting the tingling feeling in my body that set the panic off yesterday keep thinking wat if doctor. Missed something wat if there is something wrong I thought I was going to die I really did talk about nerves being sensatiside mine are defo that I am aware of every twitch or twinge please need reassurance thanks guys xxx

I feel the exact same! It just sucks so bad... try your best to stay on track. I tried to apply for 2 jobs and health insurance and all the websites are down... I feel like my life is over but ITS NOT. I know I can get through and I know you can too.
