I can't take much more today, I feel truly rotten. I feel like I'm going to die at any minute. Weak and waves of fear are washing over me all day. Not full blown panic but enough to make me feel truly dire. Shakey, sick. I just don't know how to stop it.

I could have wrote this yesterday. Except I didn't feel like I'd die but I was fixated that I was going to receive bad terrible tragic news. Hate this. Hugs to you. Try some breathing techniques, listen to some music. This is anxiety nothing more xxx

I am very anxious about something out of my control but I just can't stop these feelings. I'm letting them wash over me to avert a full blown attack but I feel so deeply unwell I'm worried I might collapse and die.

I've got a dr app tomorrow but I keep thinking maybe I should get a cancellation in case tomorrow is too late.

Sorry you're having such a bad day mummy.

When you have some time free to yourself, lie down somewhere comfortable and listen to this YouTube video:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jyy0ra2WcQQ

It will help you to relax and come down from that high anxiety state.

It's best listened to on headphones - I usually play it on my phone and plus my headphones into my phone.

Give it a try, focus on the instructions, it will be worth it x

Please do. I found that link a few years ago and it does have an effect. You need to be alone and comfortable to carry it out. It'll give you some comfort xx

Thanks for these links. The relaxation was good. It was similar to one I had when pregnant. I'm a fan of relaxation but even my progressive muscle relaxation wasn't working for me yesterday! Thankfully I feel a bit better tonight.
