I'm Catrina, 55 yrs old and married to Paul, and live in Workington, Cumbria. I suffer from arthritis in my hips and neck and at stage 2 COPD. I was also born with hydrocephalus. I had a hip replacement in 2012 which is still causing a lot of pain and lack of sleep. I ended up cancelling my ESA appeal last year because of the stress it was causing me. I'm still getting DLA and dreading having to go for the medical assessment in the future.

:welcome: catrina you sound a bit like me im 59 and have just been told that the pain in my knee and legs is arthritis and i have stage 1 copd so i know how you feel

I've had hydrocephaus since birth too. I'm now in my late 40s.
