You might as well give it a go
I personally used the nicotine inhalers or as my GP calls it Nicotine Replacement Therapy NRT

Hi Hun :D

I am on the electric cigs Mmmm are they safer than normal cigs
I have been on them over a year now. not had a normal cig. :yesyes:

I have tried many, many things over the year,s all on the NHS and some I bought myself Oh I'm 50 years YOUNG next month.

Patches
inhalers
chewing gum
acupuncture
Hypnoses
champix (which is an oral med ) oohh they where GREAT AT FIRST, did not want a cig, not at all, after a few weeks the side effects became to much.

The nhs have groups which you can attend or a one to one support.

you have done it before and YOU CAN DO IT AGAIN. COME ON, YOU KNOW YOU CAN.:yesyes::yesyes::yesyes::yesyes:

TAKE CARE
