But today I'm going to see a doctor today about the tingling in the hands, and the citalopram did cause it because I didn't take it yesterday, the tingling is not as bad today, and my hands feel less sore. Going to see what they suggest, I don't really want these side effects as their effecting my work as I work in retail, I don't mind the mild side effects but not this.

Sore or tingling or both?
I have tingling hands its called Paresthesia.
Its normal on citalopram and it does go away

Both although the pain might be caused by my anxiety worrying about the tingling, thanks for letting me know though that's eased my mind quite a bit now :)

When I started Escitalopram, I got burning hands and tingling. It passed within a couple days. It only came back when I upped my dosage briefly but then passed again.
