Headaches can increase during pregnancy it's the hormones. You should be able to talk a mild pain reliever. Congratulations!

I got these very badly when my anxiety first started. It took an osteopath half an hour to banish them for good, they were caused by neck tension resultant from wearing my shoulders as earrings due to anxiety.

It's not unusual to get tension headaches when you are weaning off a medication. It often happens because your body is adjusting to the new balance. Again, this can also happen in pregnancy due to your body trying to adjust to different hormone balances. And, yet again, anxiety in general causes tention headaches. Have you considered taking up a meditation class? It can be a fantastic help in reducing tension headaches, increasing relaxation and reducing anxiety.
