hi everyone im on 10 mg citalopram and pregnant so decided to come off them im taking one every other day atm and ive got really bad tension headaches is this because im coming off them I feel awful

Probably....maybe you should try 10 one day the 5 the next for a couple of weeks. You really need to go slowly!

or maybe try 2 days on 10 one day off until things settle. then try every other day once again

I've been trying to come off for a few months now and the only advice I can give is to do it very ... very slowly. You can get liquid Citalopram (Seropram) which helps reducing by small amounts at a time. Its not easy though, at least for me. Good luck and congrats on the pregnancy :)
