For the past few months I have been suffering from anxiety and have had many physical symptoms.
To day I felt a sharp pain in between my shoulder and elbow and this made me very anxious. I have been terrified of having a heart attack and this incident today elevated my anxiety levels. The pain pinched three or four times and then stop for the rest of the day.
Here are my other symptoms that i have had. (I am currently only experiencing arm pinching pain and acid stomach)
.chest discomfort (mild pressing feeling)
.aches all over my body (mainly arms and feet)
.heart beating too hard
.irregular heart beat
.twitching muscles
.tingling all over my body (arms mainly)
.acid stomach
.gassy pains
Is this an anxiety symptom?
