I have been feeling great but am anxious at the mo due to trying to buy our first home. I have been getting mild sharp pains in the heart area under my left breast. I have just strated my period too so not sure if it could be my breast glands aching and I'm reading it wrong. Heart disease is obviously on my mind. Anyone else get these heart pain symptons and had nothing wrong. I'm about to race off to the doc. thanks
I get these too and I am sure it's nothing to worry about. Mine come on when I am too tense. It's tension around my ribcage and it actually comes from my back.
So try and relax, I am sure it will pass.
"You can't yell loud enough to make me shut up."
I had this for a couple of months and it was terrible - i was constantly listening to my heart to make sure it didnt stop beating.. and to monitor the pains.
Buying house is probably one of the most stressfull experiance you can go through... so its probs down to that. when you are stressed and tens your chest muscles tighten etc which causes chest pains like you describe.
try take your mind off it all and relax. - hot bath with muscle relaxing oils work wonders.
Take it easy hun.
