Power is out can't use my cpap

So due to a huge snowstorm we have been out of power all day and it's not expected back on for another 24 hours.

That being said I don't gave battery backup for my cpap machine which I use for severe obstructive sleep apnea so I m scared stiff to go to sleep and never wake up

Is it worth contacting the emergency services to see if they have a generator they can loan you?
