I can't say what it is on here but it involves my relationship and I feel horrendous about it, the guilt is becoming too much and I feel sick to my stomach. I can't eat, I can't sleep, I've messed up big time.

Not really because nobody knows and I don't know if it would be the best move.

Its hard to know how to advise you. I guess what it boils down to is whether you can live with it for however long or sharing it with a trusted friend or family member and get their opinion.

If this has to do with the thread you started last month "I never seem to feel happy in a relationship...", I think I can put 2 & 2 together.... Hoping that's not the case :(

It's probably not as bad as you think...but it has something to do with that, yes.
