Hi everybody,

I'm new here today and I posted a topic earlier on without introducing myself apologies for that. My anxiety made me forget my manners :doh:

.I'm 34 and I live in Dublin.

I suffer from mild Cerebral Palsy since birth which generally has not held me back or stopped me from doing the things I want in life which when you consider that lots with the same problem are'nt as lucky that's something I've always considered myself lucky for.

In contrast, over recent years I've started to dip quite badly into anxiety both general and health related, the health issues really started about a year ago and I've detailed them in my earlier post. (A twist on a common concern)

Anyway I just wanted to say hi and i'm looking forward to working towards having a healthier approach to life in general and my health issues both mental and physical with a little help and support from you guys here, and hopefully over time I can do a little to help some of you too.
