Hey! I am Claire, 41, from Southampton (in a relationship) and a carer for my daughter, who is disabled. I have had anxiety on and off for 7 years but am doing CBT again and am positive.
I am taking the bull by the horns here because I have been feeling isolated, so I'm posting here looking for friends to do things with in an effort to get out and about! Maybe go walking or exercising? Maybe get decaf coffees! Maybe read books? Maybe a meal? Who knows!
