Muscle ache/weakness

Hi there,

Just a quick one, during periods of high anxiety has anyone felt ache or weakness in the muscles worsening after walking particularly the thighs and shoulders kind of like the feeling you have the morning after a heavy day of physical exertion. Just trying to get a hold on which of my symptoms are stress related and which are CP related. Thanks.

Yes in my left leg this happens often. I start to obsess about ALS and then all of a sudden my left leg feels very weak. I don't understand it but I know it's anxiety.

I definitely get weak shaky legs when Im anxious!

Yep, woke up this morning and my muscle under LHS armpit nearer the back is aching today, and slightly further down aches big time, put it down to picking my 2 yr old up.
