accidentally taken an extra tab

took 20mg of citalopram at 9am this morning then at 7pm tonight i took an extra tab by mistake. do i continue to take my normal dose in morning or skip it till next morning?? thanks alot

In the past, I have continued to take my normal dose.

just continue taking your dose as normal. Same would apply if you forgot to take a dose, you wouldn't take an extra.

Carry on as normal ,you shouldnt not take it my doctor said to me never stop them im on sert but i would imagine it be the same xx

Just be careful you dont get any side effects for a couple of days. I went up from 20mg to 30mg, and the increase did make me worse initially..
