Chest tightening while out walking

I'm finally back out of the house, hooray! I have taken a walk to the local shops and I felt great that I was out however like another post of mine I do get racing heart while I'm out. This I can cope with now as I have experienced it for quite a while but today my chest felt like it was getting tight not around the middle but like it was squeezing into the middle almost if there was a metal cage encapsulating my heart. I did not panic and told myself it's anxiety but now I'm home I'm interested if anyone else has this problem. Once I was home and my heart stopped racing I was fine. Discomfort gone. I would describe the whole feeling as discomfort rather than pain. Anyone else have this symptom?
