Thats 1 of the main problems with the disorder you worrie all the time i hate it and still trying to find the answer,But there's lots of help you can get CBT
for instants There is some self help guides on here that are worth a look they can be helpful as well.
Its a hard 1 to crack but we can do it that's what i keep telling myself :)

I will have to have a look on here. I dont really know much about any of this, only realised I got HAD after my partner told me that my worrying is not normal and dont want to go to the GP for help, really want to try n do this on my own. How long have you been like this for? Thanks for replying.
