what the hell was this.

yesterday I was just relaxing in my bed and literally out of nowhere it feel like I was being squeezed so hard and was about to die instantly , all in the space of 2 seconds, I went up to call for help coz it was so horrendous but it was gone as quick as it came , it was the most intense thing I've ever felt. I can't explain the full extent of it but I tried, it was like 11/10 discomfort , sudden and intense all over my upper body. anyone had this?

I have had squeezing of the chest that was horrible lasted about 30 secs felt like someone had me in a bear hug really tight horrible.

It may be a good idea to check in with your GP regarding this symptom. Some of us may have experienced it, and some haven't, but only your doctor can tell you with 100% certainty what caused it. They may also be able to give you a bit more information on the cause, how to manage it and what to do if it happens again.

my GP will tell me anxiety.. so intense though ��
