I feel so stupid :/

So, I had a victory today, as in I puked for the first time in six years, and didn't panic. And it was at a friends house too! I was considering going home, but ended up staying cause I started to feel better. Well, now it's 3AM and I called my mom to go home cause I feel sick again, and I just don't want to go through puking here again :/

I am sure my friend understands, but I just feel so stupid. Idk. Does anyone else think it's stupid, or reasonable? I feel bad for waking my friend haha :p
