Ok I've had a slight headache that varies in intensity throughout the day for the past week. One of my worse fears is NDPH (don't look that up!) I had a headache over christmas time that really derailed me for almost 2 weeks. I could barely get out of bed but I did for my kids. I am really glad I have this headache it can stay as long as it wants to. I'm haven't and I'm not going to panic. The old thoughts are still there I let them float around my head. I'm not giving in I'm not living in fear in anymore. Dragon, HA whatever you are you are finished!!
