Headaches and back pain?

Has anyone ever had this and it won't go away. I've have an off and on headache for a couple of days now and back pain too. The back pain only hurts if I move into certain positions. My muscles hurt and I just feel so uncomfortable nowadays. Can stress and anxiety cause all this? Should I get myself checked out? :unsure:

Muscle tension is one of the main causes of a headache, tension comes from anxiety so yes, stress and anxiety can cause that. Getting a doctor to check you out might put your mind at rest :)

Hi Kevin,

I replied to your other thread. If you take a look at the "Symptoms" link on the left of the page, you'll see there are many physical symptoms that anxiety can cause. The best course of action is to look into treating that. Getting to the root of why you're feeling stressed/anxious will help treat the physical symptoms it causes.
