Flashing Lights/Bright Lines In Vision

I am a long term migraine sufferer, I take Amitriptyline 10mg daily as a preventative measure, which does work most of the time. However lately sometimes when I look at bright light (such as the sky) and move my eyes, I see thin bright lines/flashes. Then I look away and they disappear, I do not get a headache after and is not like the aura when a migraine is starting. This does not happen every time, but does when I'm conscience of it.

I get that sometimes, like if you accidentally look at a bright light bulb, look away and can see the shape of the filament for a while.

I got this, trails and after images. I don't know why, I had my eyes checked repeatedly and they were fine. I still get it, particularly when I'm extra tired. LED lights seem to cause the biggest trails to me. X
