Weird day, weird symptoms

Hey all,

No panic today just moderate to high anxiety about the symptoms that have app appeared today for the first time.

Ok so here it is

Pain in both temples
Head feels "tight"
Random twitching mostly in my right index finger
Feels like someone poured water down the back of my head/neck
Pain in front of head and top of nose

The twitching is what's freaking me out the most possible brain tumour?

I've got all of those and more, I know they're really scary symptoms but the fact your symptoms are affecting so many parts of your body means it's very unlikely to be be anything nasty or permanent. You'll be fine in a few weeks or months, accepting it's anxiety is the first step. :)

Try taking a magnesium supplement. I had twitching in my right index finger too.

I get alot of twitching its your anxiety it effects are nerves making us twitch dont worry xx

I've had those. The twitching is so annoying! I have them all over. And the water sensation too. Once I thought my little finger was on fire! Odd things anxiety can do to the body.

I've had all of your symptoms before and I also have health anxiety around brain tumours. The thing is, I've experienced your symptoms for a few years so it's most likely not anything sinister. Same goes for you. :)

I currently have the same symptoms. My scalp is super tight and the side of my head is pinched it's so right. My thumb was twitching like crazy yesterday. It's all anxiety.
