HiIam new here I joined the site yesterday, iv panic and anxiety disorder and very bad claustphobia, that iv suffered with for 19 years so good some not so good,
Iv been just stopped takeing diazepam and been given ciltrogram but am just to scared to take it so am off to try and get appointment with my doctor today and see if I can be put back on one of the meds iv been in in the past ,
Wish me luck very worried right now , these attacks have a lot to answer for

There many of us taking citalopram on here so don't feel alone with it and I took diazepam at the start too. I am a few months in now and life stable mostly, it can be hard to start with but worth it in the long run. Wishing you all the best
