Hello! I have recently developed health anxiety in the past year. I had a huge move from Texas to Alaska. I have read a lot of helpful info on here and decided to join. I really enjoy the outdoors, making beer, knitting, and cooking. I am trying to work through my HA so I can continue on a healthy, worry free path. I suppose it is a journey!
