I've said this before on the boards but if indeed you were having a heart attack, you wouldn't be posting about it on a forum waiting for answers.

That being said, we're not doctors and if you're feeling that bad, a trip to the ER is in order.

I'm having this burning sensation that's kind of like a band wrapping itself from armpit to armpit and this really uncomfortable burning type pain in my stomach that is making me constantly dry heave
