pulling feeling side of head

Hi everyone, was doing well for about six months but fear seems to have taken over again. This time, I have a watery eye and the area at the side of my eye feels tensed like when you clench you teeth, which I actually do.


I went to doc as my sinuses feel dry and cloggeg although I have no green stuff in my nose and was given clarinase.

I have been really tensed lately and now I am thinking it could be Als or a tumour.

What do you think?

Sounds like it's muscular. It's most probably something to do with the jaw clenching :)

I have had this off and on for 12 years. Usually when it happens I can stretch the tendon or muscle under my chin to feel some relief. I will tip my head back while jutting out my chin and feel a pulling sensation on that side.
