Title says it all my throat feels very tight and feels like it's closing it's almost 2am I need sleep but I don't want to go to sleep in case my throat closes

This throat closing feeling was a bane for me when I first had anxiety, although, it always passed. For me, it was caused by tension. Deep breathing might help?
