Lightheaded when on feet

Wonder if anyone can give me some advise. For the past two weeks I've been getting really bad bouts of lightheadedness. Only when I'm on my feet when I sit down it instantly goes away sometimes it's so bad I feel as it I'm going to pass out. I'm on 45mg of mirtazapine have been for 4 months now

If the lightheadedness is caused by anxiety, the best thing to do is try to carry on with what you're doing, and try to take your mind off it.
Maybe check with your doctor though to rule out ear problems etc.

Could be low blood preasure.i had this once and passed out a few times.went to hospital.had low blood preasure.got it sorted after that

Blood pressure is ok just recently had that checked. It's just it's all day sometimes so bad I have to sit down. The doctor did suggest changing my medication not sure yet.
