uncomfortable eyes

Hi everyone for the past few weeks I feel like my eyes are sensitive and I can always feel them if that makes sence like they are heavy and under pressure is this a symptom of anxiety? My head feels like a balloon thats blown up to much and is tight. Its a weird feeling to describe but hope you understand what I mean. X

If it helps my son for the past few days has said the same that his eyes feel
Funny , he kept on blinking them and sort of stretching them , really stressed me out , I'm ashamed to say I freaked and rushed him to the eye casualty who said it was probably because he was thinking about it and I was freaking so he kept thinking about them , he's not doing it now so maybe your focusing on them to much x
