Always got such a heavy chest!! Anyone eles get this! I feel like its weighing me down, makes breathing in feel so hard aswell, i just want to curl up in a ball and sleep! x

Yeah i have asthma and he knows about it, apparently heavy chest is just another symptom of anxiety :( just wondered if anyone eles has the same x
