popping sensation

please can someone help me. I've suffered with chest pain of every kind for a while now and been told that my heart is fine but trying to convince myself is a different matter anyway what I need help with is these strange popping sensations I get in my chest they terrify me as I don't know what is causing it. Plse can anyone help.

Have you ingested any popcorn seeds? If so these could be the reason for the popping sensations as they are activated by heat.

I never eat popcorn at all I don't like it. Its a strange sensation its like a pop and then it scares me and causes my heart to race.its very scary.

Is it in your chest? It's probably gas.
If its when you stretch and across your chest that would be muscular. Difficult to tell from your explanation.
