head pressure and vision right now

I am really struggling to relax been this way for well over a month but this awful feeling of tension in my head makes me think of it being pressure on my brain then my eyes go dry and blurry so anxiety kicks in mark ng me feel ten times worse also decided to quit smoking yesterday so no I will have some withdrawal from nicotine. But twenty hours surely it won't start yet will it xxx

Hi I've been experiencing same symptom . It starts like I think negative then all of a sudden I get a sudden feeling of pressure on my brain. Could it be anxiety attacks or panic attacks
