Burping = Pain

Mere seconds after I burp, my chest hurts a little, I cannot take a full, deep breath, I get palpitations and I become dizzy or nauseous. I might also get the sensation of pressure in my ears. Does anyone else get this?

There was some nausea recently but it has since passed. It just feels like a clump of mucus is stopping me from breathing in a way; the palpitations only ever happen when I become short of breath/burp. I've always burped more than most, but until I stopped Mirtazapine this never happened.
