I woke this morning and all I can think of is sudden cardiac death I am sure today is my last day on earth I am not sure what to do I think my heart is going to stop any minute. I am writing a goodbye letter to my family right now so they all know how much they meant to me.

Why do you think that? Ask yourself what evidence you have for this?

To answer all the questions

As therapy isn't financially feasible right now I am doing the free cbt lessons that many on here use.

No evidence really

Went to the gym Sunday night

As I have said before I don't know why my heart is a fear I can't get over

The free cbt is pretty good. And you're going to the gym, that's good. Ever tried meditating?

You might look at setting up CBT in a way that is affordable to you. Say one session a month or every couple of weeks? Most therapists will work with you to work out something that you can afford, they'll be used to doing it. It's worth spending money on your mental health, if you want to get better.

You should also look at some relaxation methods like mindfulness or meditation, so help soothe your nervous system so that you don't feel so anxious constantly.
