Falling feeling

Hey guys was after a bit of advice really , I keep getting the what I would describe as falling feeling when I drive along with back ache, most of the day I'm feeling pretty off balance n shakey, just wondered if U had any tips on how to deal with this, seems to be mainly when I sit down which is wierd

I get very similar feelings because of neck and back tension.

When you're sitting, look downwards and see if it feels like the room is spinning/you're falling. It's not guaranteed to happen, it's just something I discovered myself.

I found once I knew it was muscular, I didn't really worry about it so much any more.
