I used to feel light headed all the time. My balance was shocking.

I'd be scared that when movie ended in cinema I'd fall down the steps when leaving hehe my head was swimming. It's gone now.

Lightheadedness can also be caused by neck and shoulder tension. I have this all the time, especially when I look down, left or right. If you're constantly stressed, then you may have a lot of muscle tension too.

My first symptoms of anxiety are nausea & lightheadedness! :( & If I allow them to overpower me they will lead into a panic attack.

I feel off balance most of the time which of course makes my anxiety worse - it's all a cycle.
