Hi everyone, I'm a new member so I'm not quite sure if I'm posting this as I should- I've been suffering from anxiety for 3 years now but for the last 2,5 months my symptoms got much much worst:(

Yes you're posting in the right place. Lots of people on here have anxiety, myself included, so I'm sure you'll receive lots of support and loads of information that you'll find helpful.

Have you spoken to anyone? Your GP? I am not saying meds are necessarily the way forward as there is a lot of reading out there in books and cyber-space (CBT).
