That hurt

Hi,

Just had a skipped heartbeat that hurt me, hurt in my chest high up towards my throat like some one punching me there, with a tingly electrical shock feeling in my left forearm and back of my hand.

Now im sweating (a lot) tightness in my chest and a bit scared to be honest.

Is this just another case of bad PVC, or should I be back down to my Dr's?

HI again what you are feeling is panic i get like that alot with them and the more you panic the more you get them try to calm down and relax try and ignore them i know its very hard but honestly it does get easier keep telling yourself they are not going to hurt you in any way everyone gets an ectopic heartbeat about 4 times a day its just that we are more sensitive to them now we can feel them x

They get me down quite a bit, especialy when they hurt so much :(
