hi everyone ive been feeling really good recently ive been advising others with anxiety aswell but sometimes I cant help myself

I went away with my 6 yr old daughter on the weekend for the first time in a while however when alone with here Im convinced cause of my ptsd im going to drop down when were alone my body surely cant take anymore etc you know the score.... its as if its logged in my mind but I don't know how to get rid of it as soon as she was asleep my skin was crawling im generally worried it was horrible but kept under control.. and ofcourse nothing happened we were fine nothing ever does happen but my mind is set on it and I need any advice on how to get rid of this negative thought pattern as its overloading me at times

Keep on keeping on:) As you said nothing bad happened so focus on that. Not easy but it is possible.
