Hey there,
My name is Ashleigh and I have been living with anxiety on and off for the past 5 years. I especially struggle with health anxiety and an, at times, overwhelming fear that something may be wrong with me. I live in Michigan and this winter has taken a toll on a lot of people with anxiety, including spinning my own out of control. Although my concsious mind knows that what is going on, it proves to be extremely difficult to convince the rest of me otherwise when in a bout of panic! This is extremely frustrating to me and I am hoping to find some like minded people to bounce ideas off of to help us all tame this beast! :D
