Hey guys,
A few weeks ago I posted about how I was really panicking about working in a brand new store and how I was dreading it and I got some great advice.
But because it's a groundbreaking store we keep getting a lot of visits from the big bosses with very little warming. Has anyone got any advice on how to deal with surprise panic and ways of Calming yourself down without having to stop what you are doing? I'm trying mindfulness but I can't get the hang of it and we've got a visit tomorrow!!!!
