I done well in the last few months not visiting the GP. I thought I found something wrong with my testicular the last few days, GP asked me why I was worrying about testicular cancer again, I said because of my age I could be more at risk (being 30) and also asked whether anybody else you know has had testicular cancer.
but he gave me testicles an exam to make me feel better. Nothing worrying was found, he did say we give you cbt to help you reduced the amount of checking, but agree if I want to book myself in once per year to have a professional exam by a GP.
I went in also because I went to see about possible having on my NF lumps removing, he took a measurement to the size and he also checked to see when I last had a brain scan.
