Feel really sick

Well today (only started today) I have felt so so sick when I get up and when I move I had it like at school and then felt better at home and suddenly this evening it started I don't know what it is if it's acid or i don't know but I don't want a sick bug I never get them tho :/ hm anyone know what this may be?

It may be acid I feel sick when I have acid, it also may just b a bug, just because u don't normally get them doesn't mean u won't eventually get one they r common and nothing to worry about, hope u feel better soon
